We offer a 90-day return policy, you can request a return for a refund within 90 days after receiving the item.

Return process

1. Customer's time is important. We have tried to make the return process as simple and quick as possible. Before returning, please send us an email at customerservice@elemakelocks.com or call +1(800) 315-9607, indicating your order number and return intention. Sometimes, we may ask for some picture information so that we can better understand your needs, and let us provide you with a solution beyond returns.

2. We will offer you the return address and other details within 48 hours from Monday to Friday.

3. If you do not contact us prior to returning your item, we will not be able to process your return.

Non-Installed Product Returns Policy

Please view the product description carefully or contact us for an accurate answer before purchasing, but we understand that sometimes the product you choose may not be suitable. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you ordered, you may return it in the original, unopened packaging within 90 days of receipt for a refund.

If opened, please also make it in the same condition as you received it in the original packaging, unworn or unused, with all parts, labels and instructions included, we will issue you a full refund.

Returning damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

We apologize if you, unfortunately, receive the wrong item, or it is defective, damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately within the warranty period, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

When & How do I get my refund?

1. Full Refund: We will initiate full refund back to your original payment method within 2 business days, when we receive the return package. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

2. Partial Refund: You may be able to receive a partial refund for the following products:

☆ Any item not in its original condition, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

☆ Any item that is returned after 90 days from delivery.

3. Store discount: We also offer a store discount that you can use at elemakelocks.com at checkout.

Return shipping charge

EleMake will cover the cost of return shipping for reasons due to our error. Please contact us directly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like damage or affect the second sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchange
